Applications for internships, part-time jobs, and full-time jobs are open year-round.

Key Dates (2025 - 2026)

• As of September 1, 2025, our 2025-26 application is open, allowing applicants to apply for opportunities posted through August 31, 2026. Any applicants to previous years will need to submit a new application for continued access.
• Now - May 2026 - Academic year internships; dates and length determined by mutual agreement between host and intern
• Now - Summer 2026 - Rolling selection and placement of summer internship applicants with hosts
• May 21–May 22 - Pre-internship "Career Summit" intensive training for placed interns
• Late May - Early August 2026 - Typical summer internship period is 10 weeks

The Process

Becoming a LifeSci NYC Intern

1. Complete the application
2. Access the list of current openings
3. Express interest in roles and submit cover letters to LifeSci NYC
4. LifeSci NYC sends select applications to companies
5. Companies interview students and make offers
